Each day we wake up we start out thinking how is today going to be better than yesterday. We all have great intentions to make it that way. Then the day starts and life happens, and we are caught losing sight of those great thoughts. I find the best way to start a day is by reading something relatable and inspirational to remind us that it is up to us to make the change in ourselves. We can’t control others and their actions, but we have total control of our words and our actions. Let my experiences and those of others I coach help you find your way and your purpose.
